Description
Pwllmelyn is a cottage that features a pebbledashed exterior, a grouted slate roof, and stone stacks, with the smaller stack located at the right end and the larger stack on the ridge between the house and the byre, which is constructed of whitewashed rubble stone. The cottage is single-storey and double-fronted, with a 4-pane sash window on each side of a ledged door. The byre to the left has a stable door at the extreme right and an attached pigsty at the rear left corner, also whitewashed and covered with grouted slates, featuring one door. At the right end of the house, there are added outbuildings that have corrugated iron roofs.
