Description
Cae-crin is a cottage built from whitewashed rubble stone, featuring a grouted slate roof, coped gables, and a single squat square stack on the left end, which is also whitewashed and has dripstones with pyramid capping. The cottage is single-storey and part-lofted, with a double-fronted design that is offset to the right. It has two narrow 6-pane windows, with panes of uneven size, located on either side of a full-height ledged door. To the left is an outbuilding, likely a former byre, which has a 20th-century window that breaks the eaves. The rear of the cottage includes one small window on the left and a 20th-century lean-to added to the right, which continues behind the byre.
