Description

Pic-y-parc is a cottage constructed of whitewashed rubble stone, topped with a grouted slate roof. It features coped gables and whitewashed end stacks, which have dripstones and pyramid cappings, with a larger stack located on the left side. The building is single storey with a loft and has a double fronted design. There are large 20th-century windows on either side of a 20th-century door, and the windows have been altered since 1971. Stone slab lintels are present above the openings.

To the north end, there is a lean-to that includes one 20th-century window. A 20th-century addition is located to the south, which has one front window. In 1971, it was noted that the cottage had a small northern wing that contained an old baking oven with a massive chimney. The interior was not accessible during the survey, but it was reported in 1971 to have included a loft ladder and an in-and-out boarded partition.
