Pencruga is a cottage constructed from whitewashed rubble stone, topped with a roof of small slates and featuring end stacks. The larger stone stack on the left has dripstones and a pyramid capping, while the smaller stack on the right is roughcast. The cottage is single-storey and has a loft, with a double front that includes a 4-pane horned sash window on each side of a ledged door. The right end wall is rendered and has a loft light. There is a whitewashed outbuilding on the left end, which has a stable door.
