Description

The pigsty at Bwlch-y-garreg is a structure made of rubble stone and features a slate roof that has a steeper pitch at the front. It has a low door located on the right side and is surrounded by a walled yard with sturdy low walls topped with stone slabs. The entry is on the east side, and there is a long feed-chute that runs between the entry and the corner of the pigsty. This feed-chute is constructed with a long slab lintel and a brick sill.
