Description
Penyborth is a cottage with an outbuilding that is aligned with it. The cottage is constructed from whitewashed rubble stone and features a grouted slate roof, along with roughcast end stacks that have driptsones. The left stack is situated on the ridge between the house and the outbuilding to the left. It is a single-storey building, with only one small window on the right and a ledged door in the center, both supported by slab lintels. The right end wall and the rear of the cottage are rendered and include two small windows. To the left, there is a rubble stone outbuilding, possibly a byre, which has a slate roof and two full-height doors.
