Description

This is a cottage located at 1 Llain Fattw, constructed with colour-washed clom (clay and straw) and topped with a corrugated tin sheet roof. The building is single storey and features two windows with a central door that is offset to the right. The windows are 20th-century casements, and the timber door has glazed upper panels. There is a later flat roof extension added to the left side and rear of the cottage.

To the right, there is a single modern window in room No. 2, which has a higher ridge line. Although not inspected, it is reported to have a two-unit layout with a later extension and a gable fireplace that includes arched recesses on the sides.
