Description
Ty Mawr is a farmhouse constructed with unpainted stucco over rubble stone. It features a slate close-eaved roof with stone stacks at the ends. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window front that is offset to the right. The windows are hornless 16-pane sashes, and there is a half-glazed door. The left end wall is made of rubble stone and has one small window. The rear wall is also rubble, with two 16-pane sashes on the first floor and a small window on the ground floor to the left.
To the right of the farmhouse is a single-storey outbuilding that has two windows and a door. It includes a small brick stack at the right end and a lean-to on the end wall, which has a loft window above. The rear of this outbuilding features a central door and a small window to the left. Additionally, there is a further gabled outbuilding attached to the rear left corner of the farmhouse, which runs back at right angles and has opposing doors with slab lintels.
