Description
Cefn Coch is a farmhouse constructed from whitewashed rubble stone, topped with a slate roof that has close eaves and features brick stacks at both ends. The building has two storeys and an irregular front. The ground floor is laid out regularly, with a central board door flanked by small 4-pane horned sash windows, which are positioned towards the corners. The door has a brick cambered head, while the windows are adorned with stone voussoirs and stone sills. Above, there are two small 4-pane windows located under the eaves, one slightly to the left of the door and the other slightly to the left of the right ground floor window.
To the right of the farmhouse is an outbuilding, likely a former cowhouse, which has a corrugated iron roof and was partially collapsed in 2002. This outbuilding features a doorway with a timber lintel, a window under the eaves, and another doorway to the right.
The property has not been inspected.
