Description

Berth Ivan is a farmhouse built from rubble stone, featuring a low-pitched slate roof and stone stacks at either end, with the left stack rendered. The building is two stories high and has a three-window arrangement that is offset to the left. The windows are paired casements with stone voussoirs above their cambered heads and thin split stone sills. There is a 20th-century door in the center, and a blank plaque is located to the right on the first floor. At the back, there is an outshut.
