Description
Cae'r Geifr is a farmhouse constructed from colourwashed rubble stone and features a grouted slate roof, which is in a deteriorating condition. The end stacks are rendered and include dripstones and pyramid cappings, with a larger square stack located at the left end. The building is single-storey and double-fronted, offset to the right, with a 4-pane sash window on each side of a ledged door. An earlier 20th-century porch has been added to the front.
To the left of the farmhouse is a late 19th-century outbuilding that has a lower slate roof and a red brick ridge stack. This outbuilding includes a door and window to the right of the house, a broad timber-lintel cart entry in the center, and a door to the left, all featuring red brick jambs. To the right, there is an older but added outbuilding made of rubble stone, which has a lower slate roof and one door located at the extreme left, topped with a slab lintel.
