Description
Cwm Llynfe Uchaf is a farmhouse constructed from colourwashed rubble stone, topped with a slate roof and featuring rendered end stacks. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range of 12-pane sash windows. The central entrance consists of a five-panel door with a traceried overlight above it. The windows have yellow brick heads and slate sills.
At the rear, the farmhouse is whitewashed and includes two 12-pane sash windows on the upper floor. The ground floor features two pantry windows with mesh instead of glass, a door, a small casement window, and another 12-pane sash window, all with yellow brick heads.
There is a ruined and roofless rubble stone outbuilding attached to the eastern end of the farmhouse. The western end has an external stair leading to a first-floor boarded door.
