Description
Coygen is a farmhouse constructed from colourwashed rubble stone, topped with a slate roof and featuring 20th-century brick end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range of large sash windows, with 16 panes on each side and a 12-pane window in the centre above a 20th-century door and overlight. Above the door, there is a purple stone plaque from 1696 with a gable head and carved arms. The windows have stone voussoirs and stone sills. The left end wall is rendered, and there is a rear outshut with a large chimney.
