Description
Plas yr Wylan is a former vicarage featuring walls entirely hung in purple slates, topped with a close-eaved slate roof. The roof has coped gables and rendered stacks located at the end walls, with one stack on the ridge to the right of the center and another cross-axial on the rear slope. The building is two stories high and has a five-window front, showcasing 4-pane sash windows that are larger on the ground floor. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door with an overlight, situated in an altered cemented porch that has a flat roof and five cemented steps leading up to it. The rear wall also has five windows and is similar in style, but features an arched doorway in the fourth bay, which includes a half-glazed door and a plain fanlight. Each end wall has one window on each floor.
