Description

Pont Fawr is a single-arched road bridge made of rubble stone. It features a broad, shallow arch with stone flush voussoirs and rubble parapets topped with slab capstones. The parapets extend out and curve to align with the road, and there is a rounded pier at the northwest end. The northeast parapet connects seamlessly with the parapet of Pont Fach.
