Description

Plas is a house dating from 1915, featuring a pebble-dashed exterior and a grouted slate roof with end stacks made of squared stone. It is a single-storey building with an attic and has a double-fronted design. There are 6-pane horned sash windows on either side of a half-glazed door. The house includes two slated eaves dormers, which likely date from 1915 as well, each with a 6-pane casement and 2-pane apex glazing. The date "1915" and the name "Plas" are displayed in pebble-dash above the door. The roof of the house is continuous with that of Carmel Chapel located to the right.
