Description

The entrance piers at the Minffordd Approach to Portmeirion are a pair of structures made from whitened cement blocks arranged in three diminishing stages, featuring stopped-chamfered edges and resting on square plinth bases. Each pier is topped with a square vase made of reconstituted stone, which has figurative relief decoration on its sides.
