Description
This is a disused cottage located to the south-west of Llwyndu Canol. The building is constructed from roughly coursed rubblestone, which is rendered on the front and right gable end. It features a graded slate roof and integral end stacks with slate drips. The cottage is single storey with a rectangular plan, currently consisting of one room, though it may have originally had two rooms.
There are two windows flanking a doorway positioned to the right of centre, all of which have raised cement architraves. At the rear on the left, there is a contemporary catslide outshut. Inside, the walls of the single room are plastered, and there is no dividing wall. The structure includes one A-frame truss with two sets of purlins and lime torching between the rafters.
