Description
The Entrance Lodge at Glyn Padarn is a single-storey rectangular building constructed from uncoursed rubblestone, featuring a rendered band at the eaves. It has a shallow-pitched pyramidal roof with a central chimney. The front of the main building includes two 2-light 16-paned casements with Gothic glazing and slate cills. To the left, there is a 20th-century lean-to section that adjoins the road and contains another casement. To the right, a slightly lower 20th-century section serves as the current entrance and connects to a main 20th-century extension, which is built in a similar style and approximately doubles the size of the original structure. At the back wall of the original lodge, there is a single-light Gothic window. The building was not inspected during the time of the resurvey.
