Description

Pen-y-Clip is a single-storey building with a three-room plan, oriented roughly east-west. It is constructed from irregularly coursed rubblestone with buttered pointing and features a slate roof. The front of the building has tall 20th-century six-paned casement windows on the left, flanking a central boarded door, and another similar but shorter six-paned window to the right. The two sections are separated by a straight joint and a ridge stack, which, along with an integral end stack to the left, is rendered. The interior was not accessible at the time of the survey.
