Description

Pen y Clogwyn is a single-storey building with a two-room layout, oriented roughly north-south. The structure is made of irregularly coursed rubblestone, with some traces of render, and features a grouted slate roof. The front of the building has windows, which were boarded up at the time of the survey, with slate cills on either side of an offset boarded door. There are integral end stacks with slate drips. The back wall has no openings. There are single-storey lean-tos at each end, although the one on the left is now roofless. A small window in the right gable end suggests the presence of a loft. The interior was not accessible during the survey.
