Description

Groeslon is a single-storey cottage featuring a compact two-room layout with a small lean-to attached to the right gable end, where the ground slopes down. The exterior is constructed from roughly coursed rubblestone blocks, some of which are quite large, and it has a slate roof with integral end stacks that include slate drips. The cottage has a later 19th-century slate slab porch at the center, which has a gabled slate slab roof and is flanked by four-paned sash windows with slate cills and lintels. There are also two small windows with slate cills on the back wall. The interior was not accessible during the survey.
