Description

Plas y Pinc is a small single-storey cottage constructed from limewashed rubble, topped with a bedded and grouted slate roof featuring gable-end stacks, the one on the right-hand gable being larger. The near-centre doorway has a boarded door and is flanked by 4-pane sash windows with voussoir heads. There are tiny roof lights within the roof and a small attic window in the gable end. To the left end, there is a small derelict extension.

Originally, the cottage had a two-room plan, but the division has since been removed. A small late 19th-century stair is located against the rear wall.
