Description
Trefasser Isaf is an earlier 19th-century farmhouse constructed from rubble stone, featuring a grouted slate roof and stone end wall stacks, with the larger stack located at the south end. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range with 12-pane horned sashes, which are set with painted slate sills and red brick cambered heads. The central entrance has a 20th-century door that also has a similar cambered head. An inscription reading "1869 JáSáRees" is incised on the stone by the doorway. The north end wall is whitewashed, and there is a rear outshut with an imitation slate roof. To the right of the farmhouse, there is an attached outbuilding that features a long outshut roof at the front and two doors at the rear.
Additionally, there is a single-storey outside kitchen positioned at right angles to the southwest of the farmhouse. This kitchen is also built of rubble stone, has a grouted slate roof, and stone end stacks. It includes one window to the left of the center and a door in the east end wall. A rubble wall to the right of the kitchen has a low opening, which may have served as a goose shelter.
The garden surrounding the property is enclosed by a whitewashed rubble stone wall.
