Description
Ty'n-llan is a two-storey building constructed from local stone rubble, featuring large quoins and a pebbledashed front on the south side. The roof is made of slate. The front has two bays and includes a cellar beneath the eastern half, accessed by three steps leading to a central boarded door. There are 4-pane 19th-century sash windows on the front. The building has gable stacks. At the rear, there is a two-storey wing that houses the kitchen and service rooms, with a lean-to structure against the northern gable end. This rear wing also has a door and 4-pane sash windows on each floor, along with a ventilated window for the pantry at the back. Notably, there are no windows on the gable end or the rear of the front block, and the northern gable end features a stack with yellow pots. The building was not seen during the inspection.
