The Vaughan chest tomb is a low stone ledger slab located in the churchyard of the Church of St Garmon. It features under-chamfered edges and is inscribed at the head with cut lettering that reads: "HIC.IACET.IOHANN/ES: VAGHAN:DE:G/LASFRYN:GEN:QVI/OBIT 5. 9LIS.1665."
