Description

Tafarn Madryn is a two-storey building featuring rendered stonework and a slate roof. It has five closely spaced window bays, with the entrance located in the second bay from the left. This entrance includes a tall porch supported by cast iron Composite columns and a canopy, along with a four-panelled door and overlight. The first, third, fourth, and fifth bays have 12-pane sash windows on both floors, and there is an additional window above the porch. The end elevation showcases a prominent circular feature that displays the date. The rear wing has been altered in the 20th century to serve as the main entrance to the inn. The interior has also undergone changes in the 20th century.
