Description

Cefngwreichion is a small single-storey, two-bay farmhouse constructed of rubble, featuring a slate roof with imposed copings, a single rooflight at the front, and gable stacks. The central entrance consists of a bead-battened door with a narrow overlight, set within a gabled porch. On either side of the door, there are three-light casement windows with small panes. The house has been extended to the right by one bay, which is pebbledashed and includes a similar window. At the rear, there is a large service wing that houses the kitchen, covered by a low-pitched asbestos lean-to roof.

Inside, the front door opens into a passage that leads to the rear kitchen. The main front living rooms feature four-panelled doors, with the room on the right containing a large fireplace. The extension is divided into two small rooms.
