Description

The bridge at Tyddyn Rhoddyn features a single elliptical arch made of well-formed rubble voussoirs that are set flush with the spandrels. These spandrels rise to a strong horizontal course and a high parapet along the road. At each end of the bridge, there are tapered and battered piers topped with square chamfered capstones. The arch spans 3.6 meters and rises approximately 1.3 meters above the water. The carriageway measures 4.6 meters in width between the 46-centimeter wide parapets.
