Description
This is a farm building located at the rear of Plas-gwyn, constructed from squared rubble stonework. It features an old, irregularly sized slate roof on the front and corrugated iron on the rear. External steps at the northeast end provide access to the loft, and there is a lean-to added to the southeast gable end, likely intended for a dog-cart or gig. The building has a tall off-centre boarded door with paned windows on each side. There is a blocked door on the northeast wall opposite the entrance, as well as a lean-to at the rear.
The structure consists of three bays, supported by king-post trusses and a single tier of purlins. The floor is partially cobbled.
