Description
Harbour Side is a Regency-style, two-storey, two-bay house built of coursed stone that has been painted white. It features a hipped slate roof with projecting eaves, a stone ridge stack to the left of center, and another stone stack behind on the right side. The windows consist of nine-pane hornless sashes in the lower storey (renewed on the left side) and two-pane sashes in the upper storey. The entrance is located in a lean-to porch that is set back on the right side. The door has two round-headed panels and an overlight that includes colored glass and an etched glass depiction of a ship.
At the back of the porch, there is a lower two-storey gabled wing with an end stack and a replacement window at the rear. On the left side of the main house, there is a blocked window in each storey, which is situated under a plain hood mould in the lower storey.
To the right of the porch, there is a gateway with square coursed stone piers and replacement doors. Behind the right-hand pier, there is a contemporary wall made of local stone, although it has been largely rebuilt.
The property has not been inspected.
