Description
Afallon, located on Marine Terrace, is a symmetrical two-storey house with three windows, built in the 19th century. The exterior features whitened roughcast with rusticated quoin strips and panelled, pedimented architraves. It has a slate roof that includes added skylights and a shared roughcast chimney stack on the right side.
The central entrance is highlighted by a porch supported by paired fluted columns and topped with a moulded cornice. The porch leads to a half-glazed panel door that incorporates coloured-glass panels and an overlight. The sides of the porch have been filled in with wooden latticework.
On the lower storey, the windows are distinctive three-light casements with small-pane glazing above transoms, while the upper storey features similar two-light windows. The property has not been inspected.
