Description

Rockcliff is a 3-storey, 2-bay house built in the late Victorian classical style. It features rendered walls with rusticated quoins and a slate roof with projecting eaves. The house is part of a range that includes Nos 1-2 Belle Vue and shares a stack on the right side. The entrance is located on the left side and has a replacement glazed door with an overlight, set beneath a cornice supported by consoles. On the right side, there is a 2-storey canted bay window with 4-pane sash windows. The left side of the middle storey has a similar sash window, which is positioned under a hood mould on consoles. The upper storey contains simpler 4-pane sash windows. To the left, there is a lean-to garage set back from the main structure. The left gable end features small-pane sash windows on both the middle and upper storeys. Additionally, there is a 2-storey wing at the rear of the house.

The forecourt is enclosed by rendered dwarf walls topped with coping, accompanied by iron railings and a gate.
