This is a symmetrical two-storey house with three windows, located at the rear of Plas Porth yr Aur on High Street. The exterior is finished in painted roughcast, topped with a slate roof and featuring roughcast end stacks. The front includes a central panelled door and 16-pane sash windows. There is an office block attached to the rear of the house.
