Description

J & W Smith, 1850, circular venison larder. Harled, stugged ashlar granite base and lintel band courses, ashlar dressings. Panelled door in recessed surround, flanked by arrowslit windows, gauze screened; further arrowslits around circumference. 8 clerestory lights above lintel course. Antler trophies at intervals between. Timber bracketed overhanging eaves. Conical slate roof with polygonal louvred, timber ventilator at apex with leaded swept pagoda cap and finial.
