Description

Later and late 19th century. 3 timber, single storey gabled workshops/stores, sited to SE of stables, by cast-iron former ballroom. Slatted timber with boarded doors and doors with boarding spaced for ventilation.

N workshop: 3 sliding machinery doors to S at centre and left, 3 fixed 4-pane windows flanking; implement shed to right with cast-iron columns and 2-leaf doors. W gable end with 2 doors at ground and loft door above, with loading platform. Purple slates and cast-iron rooflights. Clay ridge. Brick ridge stack.

S workshop: L-plan. Variety of glazing to windows to S and 2 doors; brick stack in re-entrant angle formed with shorter wing running S. 2-leaf doors to W gable. Graded grey slates, lead flashings and 2 metal ventilators. Cast-iron rooflights.

E store: 2-leaf doors to W elevation. Corrugated roof.
