Description

Kinnear House, located at 33 Evan Street in Stonehaven, was designed by William Smith in 1854. This two-storey building features a Renaissance style and is constructed from ashlar stone. It has five windows on the main façade, with quoin ends and architraved openings. The central three windows are grouped together and are complemented by a balustraded balcony on the first floor. The gable elevation facing Robert Street has three windows, while there is a two-storey and attic wing with two windows on Evan Street. The roof is slated.
