Description
Slains House, built in 1876 by William Smith, is a two-storey building with an attic, featuring harled walls and margins. The front has three windows, with the center section slightly projecting and topped with a gable. It includes a porch that has a Tudor arched doorway and ball finials. The ground floor windows are tripartite, and there is a staircase gable at the back. The house also has a northwest office wing.
