Description

Garbh Allt Falls Bridge, built by Blaikie Bros of Aberdeen in 1878, is a cast-iron, segmental bow-backed bridge that spans Garbh Allt Falls. It features scissor-braced support and segmental arch rings. The bridge has a sheet metal deck and decorative cast-iron railings with circular motifs, consisting of circles within circles arranged in regular panels. There is a maker's plate located on the arch ring.
