Description

Invercauld Bridge, built in 1859 by J F Beattie, is a three-span bridge featuring wide segmental arches, along with two smaller flood arches at each end. The bridge has roundels set within the spandrels. It serves as a 19th-century replacement for the Old Military Bridge over the River Dee. The structure is made of coursed grey granite and includes rounded cutwaters and a simple coped parapet.
