Description

No. 4, Keiloch is an early 19th century single-storey estate cottage. It features a symmetrical design with a central bow and a timber mullioned tripartite window on the south, or principal, elevation. The cottage is constructed from coursed granite and has broad eaves supported by console brackets. A 20th century timber addition has been made to the rear of the building.

Inside, the cottage has been extensively modernised. The windows are a mix of plate glass and four-pane timber sash and case styles. The roof is bell-cast with a piended shape, covered in graded grey slate, and there are tall coped end stacks.
