65 West Coats Road, Cambuslang, Glasgow

This is a late 19th or early 20th century two-storey symmetrical double villa built in a timber-framed English vernacular style. The exterior features yellow ashlar stone with contrasting red dressings, and there are two central timber-framed gables with brick stacks at each end. The roof is complex, covered with slate and red ridging tiles, and sweeps down over recessed entrance bays on the sides. The projecting outer windows have stone mullions and transoms, while the first-floor window divides are all timber, with most glazing being small-paned.

There is a boundary wall along the street, with square gatepiers, and the gatepier at No. 3 (the right-hand side) retains ball finials.
