Description

Late 19th century 2-storey 3-bay gabled villa with L-plan front, iron-railed boundary walls. Rubble, with contrasting rendered detail, resembling red ashlar. Plate glass sashes are modern replacements. Outer windows mullioned, 2-storey projecting bay left with roof carried over, altered porch in re-entrant angle. End stacks, slate roof with timber trusses and brackets. Garage recessed at right. Modern extensions to side and to rear. Low boundary walls topped by decorative cast-iron railings; front gate is modern.
