Description

This late 19th century school block is a single storey building with a long, symmetrical facade facing Matheson Road. It features round-arched openings and is constructed with contrasting rock-faced and polished yellow ashlar, topped with slate roofs. The design includes a twin-gabled centre and wider outer gables. The original glazing pattern is preserved throughout, along with decorative stone chimney flues.
