Description

Early 20th century. 2-storey and attic 8 x 2-bay former sail loft on site sloping to S. Harled lower storey with corrugated-iron clad timber-framed superstructure above.

S (MAIN STREET) GABLE: modern sliding door offset to right of centre at ground and flanked by 3 and 2-pane timber fixed lights to left and right respectively. Bipartite windows to left and right at 1st floor, large and small window respectively to left and right of centre in gablehead.

W (LADYSMITH ROAD) ELEVATION: near-symmetrical, narrow window only to outer right at ground, regularly-fenestrated upper floor.

N GABLE: corrugated iron cladding to gablehead over modernised harled wall.

6-pane windows with top hoppers and timber surrounds and cills at 1st floor. Fishscale pattern felt tile roof with platform ridge.
