Description

Earlier 19th century. Single storey and attic 3-bay cottage standing in garden. Crean sandstone rubble with stugged ashlar dressings, cills.

SE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: deep-set corniced door at centre, flanked by single windows.

SW ELEVATION: single window to right.

NE ELEVATION: as above, with 2-pane box dormer.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Piended roof; grey slates. Pair of rubble ridge stacks with coping.

GATES AND GATEPIERS: square ashlar piers with string course below coping stone. Timber gate divided 2:1, panelled with 2 tiers of blind arcading.
