Description

Kerfield is an earlier 19th century, two-storey, three-bay villa facing south. The central door features a moulded architrave and cornice. The flanking bays have shallow segmental bows, which are coursed squared and topped with a broad pediment. The central door is accessed by a railed rubble path, with polished window margins that project outward. The front has a moulded eaves-course that steps up over the central bay, and there are rectangular stacks on the flanks, with the upper parts having been rebuilt.
