Description

The Shoe Shop is an earlier 19th century, two-storey villa with an attic, featuring three bays. The central bay is advanced and has a pediment with a corniced doorway at the ground level. The left-hand bay includes a later canted window, while a poor modern shop projects from the right. There is a broad angle margin on the left side of the front and a blank shield in the pediment. The attic has two segmental-headed dormers and is topped with a slated piended platform roof.
