Invereoch, Arrochar

Invereoch is a later 19th century, 2-storey, 3-bay villa with a rectangular plan and a single-storey bay on the left. The exterior is finished in painted ashlar and features decorative bargeboards and chamfered reveals.

The main elevation has a symmetrical arrangement of 3 bays. At the center, there is an advanced porch with a 2-leaf panelled door. Flanking the porch are canted bay windows, all topped with a blocking course. On the first floor, there is a single window in the center, with bipartite windows on either side. The single-storey wing to the left has a window at the center front and a gablehead stack on the return.

The main house has plate glass timber sash and case windows, while the single-storey wing features a 4-over-8-lying-pane timber sash and case window. The roof is covered with grey slate and has apex stacks.
