Description

Built around 1800. Gothic T-plan lodge. One storey at the front, two-storey to the rear arm. Harled with painted ashlar margins, including angles and base course. Pointed arch door flanked by pointed windows to east front. Two similar windows to north and one to south plus one flat-headed window. Rear arm has one flat-headed window to the south at ground floor level and the rest pointed, including paired lights at first floor rising into gablehead. Eaves band and deep dentilled cornice to all sides except rear gable. Slate roof piended to front with ashlar chimneystacks. Four painted ashlar gatepiers with chamfered corners and bracketed cornices.
